HP150

Cylinder Pressure Regulator

Single Stage for high flow and high outlet pressure (up to 50 bar) – with balanced poppet

The cylinder pressure regulator HP 150 is a single stage pressure regulator with a high flow rate and is designed for pressure reduction of high purity gases.

The HP 150 reduces the pressure of compressed gases or fluids to a maximum outlet pressure of 50 bar.

It works according to the principle guiding the equilibrium of forces between the set spring force and the outlet pressure.

The cylinder pressure regulator HP 150 is equipped with a balanced poppet and by so doing ensures constancy in operating pressure during the entire gas withdrawal process, and occurring decrease in inlet pressure.

To identify the correct order code for your HP150

Start with "HP150-", then add the appropriate number options from columns A, B, C & D  in the table below followed by the gas to be used.

HP150-1-2-3-10-Argon specifies a HP150 model in stainless steel with 300 bar inlet pressure, 1-7 bar outlet pressure ranges & 10mm compression fitting, for use with Argon gas.

A B
C D
Material Inlet Pressure
Outlet Pressure ranges Options for the outlet
1 = stainless steel 1 = 200 bar 1 = 0.1 - 1,7 bar 0 = NPT 3/8“ f
2 = brass 2 = 300 bar 2 = 1 - 3.5 bar 6 = compression fitting 6 mm
    3 = 1 - 7 bar 8 = compression fitting 8 mm
    4 = 1 - 12 bar 10 = compression fitting 10 mm
    5 = 1 - 17 bar 12 = compression fitting 12 mm
    6 = 1 - 50 bar 15 = compression fitting 15 mm
